A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
New to Uni! Gourmet burger truck from Chef Aaron J. Perez, winner of Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen". Grass-fed proteins, organic produce, and house-made sauces. They even make their own ketchup!
American Bistro Cuisine. Grass fed burgers with apple jicama cole slaw and blue
cheese, grass-fed beef sliders, pulled pork sandwich with cilantro cole slaw,
sliders same way. Chicken pesto sandwich with tomato and provolone cheese, and grilled
cheese on tomato basil bread with harvati cheese, cheddar and blue cheese. Garlic fries, fried spinach and fries for sides.
We offer only the best and very original
Peruvian style cooked food such as Rotisserie Chicken, Lomo Saltado (filet
Mignon sautéed with French fries, onions and tomatoes, served over a bed of
rice pilaf) - this is to die for...), we also offer Cau Cau (made with cow's
stomach, Potatoes and rice). It is very good. We also have sandwiches, and beverages.
