Food Trucks at Universal Studios
A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
Chicken kabobs, pulled pork pockets, white chicken chili, fish tacos,
guacamole, chicken nachos, Cajun fish bites, pineapple skewers, and dark
chocolate Texas sheet cake.
Pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwiches, plates of pulled pork, 1/2 or whole chicken, half or full rack of ribs, cole slaw, BBQ beans, mac 'n' cheese, deviled eggs, fried okra, seasoned fries, and smoked corn on the cob.
Specializing in
chicken wings (BBQ, garlic parmesan, sweet teriyaki, buffalo, and
bacon-wrapped bourbon), tater tots, carne asada fries, quesadillas,
onion rings, chili cheese fries, and burgers. Also offering a variety
of deep-fried desserts: Oreos, Twinkies, Nutella sandwiches, and
PB&J funnel cakes with strawberries and ice cream. Dessert nachos
and fresh-squeezed lemonade as well.
