Noodle Nation Food
Truck was started by a noodle lover, with the sole intention to bring
the delectable strands to the masses. We start with your choice of
scrumptious noodles or pastas, cooked to the perfect tenderness, and
layer on dishes made from food cultures all around the world.
Pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwiches, plates of pulled pork, 1/2 or
whole chicken, half or full rack of ribs, cole slaw, BBQ beans, mac 'n'
cheese, deviled eggs, fried okra, seasoned fries, and smoked corn on the
cob.
