Food Trucks at Universal Studios
A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
All-beef or soy dogs available in a variety of styles; with egg, bacon,
avocado, onions, salsa, jalapeños, chili, nacho cheese, Fritos, slaw
or peppers. They also have a portabello mushroom "cheese steak"
sandwich and tater tots.
Thai
street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork,
basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and
fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef -
WOW!
Sandwiches
done Pittsburgh style. Piled high with meat, cheese,
tomatoes, Italian slaw and fries. Beer-battered fish filets,
pierogies, fried zucchini and salad.
Polish dogs wrapped in bacon, bratwurst, kielbasa, pierogies, pork chop sandwiches, stuffed cabbage, and cheese blintzes.
Vietnamese cuisine. Banh Mi, beef bowls, pulled chicken, pork belly, sausage, tofu, spring rolls, egg rolls, and lotus chips.
