American Bistro Cuisine.  Grass fed burgers with apple jicama cole slaw and blue cheese, grass-fed beef sliders, pulled pork sandwich with cilantro cole slaw, sliders same way. Chicken pesto sandwich with tomato and provolone cheese, and grilled cheese on tomato basil bread with harvati cheese, cheddar and blue cheese.  Garlic fries, fried spinach and fries for sides.

We offer only the best and very original Peruvian style cooked food such as Rotisserie Chicken, Lomo Saltado (filet Mignon sautéed with French fries, onions and tomatoes, served over a bed of rice pilaf) - this is to die for...), we also offer Cau Cau (made with cow's stomach, Potatoes and rice). It is very good.  We also have sandwiches, and beverages.

Gourmet cupcakes.  This week's flavors are Marble Dream, Snicker Doodle Do, Strawberry Blonde, Sweet Savannah, and Puckering Lemon. (donations from the sale of the lemon flavor will go to the Cystic Fibrosis foundation).  They are also offering a special Valentine's box with two red velvet cupcakes today.
