Argentinean cuisine.  Skirt steak, Argentinean sausage, chimichurri, filet mignon sandwiches. I tried the special which was a steak sandwich, cheese, and grilled onions, and it was REALLY good.

New to Uni!  Japanese cuisine.  Okonomiyaki, Teppan Yaki, and Katsu.  This truck looks VERY interesting.  The majority of the Yelp reviews are 5 star, so I'm definitely going to check it out.

Caramelized pecans and Bavarian almonds.  Pecans also available covered in milk, dark or white chocolate.  Mmmmm......chocolate....

Sandwiches and salads made fresh daily on the truck.  Thai chicken, marinated steak, grilled pork, fried chicken breast, vegan chick pea salad, crab cake sliders, and Black Angus sliders.  Caesar salad, red cabbage salad and herbed fries.  Daily dessert specials.  This truck hasn't been to Uni in a long time.  Really good food; give them a try!
