South American / Argentinean specialties. A very popular truck. I have yet to try it, but I hear it's very good.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab on Wednesday - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
First time at Uni! Made to order gourmet sandwiches and salads. Unique homemade aiolis. Chicken, turkey, beef or veggie. All natural breads with no preservatives or additives.
