Made to order deli sandwiches, heroes, hoagies, torpedoes, subs and grinders.  Turkey, roast beef, Italian, veggie, meatball, chicken parmigiana, roasted pork or fried prosciutto. Sides are potato salad, coleslaw, tortellini salad or potato chips.  Their turkey sandwich is probably one of the, if not THE best turkey sandwich I've ever had.  Honestly!

Toasted classic gourmet sandwiches infused with Asian and Spanish flavors.  Yes, they have a 4-cheese Grilled Cheese sandwich and a TOASTED PB&J.  And their french fries are some of the best out there.



The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.



The Green Truck

Organic, local, sustainable ingredients.  Meat and veggie options.  Beef or veggie burgers, chick'n sliders and tacos. Veggie wraps.  The truck is even powered with vegetable oil!

Chasing Paradise

Flavors from the Pacific Rim and the Caribbean.  Tocino and tapa burgers, fried plantains, egg rolls, cassava fries, squash stuffed with stir-fried beef, salads and desserts.

S'cream Truck

New to Uni!  Ice cream balls and ice cream sandwiches.  Vanilla dipped in chocolate and rolled in brownie crumbs, Peanut Butter rolled in chocolate and peanuts, chocolate rolled in brownie crumbs, strawberry rolled in crushed sugar cookies, dulce de luche rolled in coconut and oatmeal and coffee toffee rolled in brownies.  Perfect for a hot day.
